Using Bush Hounds
Bush Hounds Australia is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of dogs, quads and gear. By using the marketplace, you agree to these rules and the terms shown for your transaction. You must be at least 18 to enter a binding purchase or sale.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and do not use another person’s identity. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
Listings and agreements
Sellers are responsible for truthful descriptions, ownership, lawful advertising and all applicable animal welfare, registration and transfer requirements. Buyers should inspect details and ask questions before committing. An accepted offer, Buy Now purchase or successful auction may create a binding agreement between buyer and seller.
Fees and payment
The applicable platform fee is shown for the transaction. Eligible dog sales ordinarily carry a $29 success fee. Any launch waiver applies only while explicitly active. Payment-processing fees may still apply. Other categories follow their displayed fee rules.
Moderation and rights
Bush Hounds may remove prohibited, misleading or fraudulent listings and suspend members for misuse. Disputes may delay seller payout. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
