Sign in and open Messages, then choose Contact Bush Hounds Support for account, listing, payment or compliance assistance.
Transaction concerns
Use the relevant transaction’s dispute controls for a purchase or collection issue. Include the transaction reference and relevant evidence. Never send passwords, card details or authentication codes.
Privacy and account access
Use the same support channel for privacy requests, corrections and account concerns. If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery option on the sign-in page. Support is provided directly by the Bush Hounds admin team through in-app messages.
