We collect account and contact details, listing content, messages, transaction records, verification information and technical information needed to operate and protect the marketplace. Only provide information you have authority to share.
How information is used
Information is used to run accounts and listings, facilitate purchases and collection, review verification, investigate disputes and fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and visibility
Public listing details and public seller profile information are visible to marketplace visitors. Private contact, verification and transaction information is restricted to relevant participants and authorised staff. Payment information is processed by Stripe; do not send card details through messages.
Service providers and storage
Hosting, authentication, payment and operational providers process information to deliver the service. Processing may occur outside Australia. Access controls are used to limit access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed for marketplace operations, dispute handling, security and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through Contact / Support; some records may need to be retained where legally required.

Contact Bush Hounds Support with privacy questions or complaints. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
