Raise a concern promptly
Open the relevant transaction and report a problem through its dispute controls or Contact Bush Hounds Support. Include accurate descriptions, photographs and relevant messages. Do not confirm collection until the handover details are correct.
Payout during a dispute
An active dispute pauses seller release while it is reviewed. Bush Hounds may ask both parties for evidence. Do not assume that starting a dispute guarantees a particular outcome.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the facts, applicable law and the transaction. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider where possible. Refund timing depends on the provider and financial institutions.
After seller release
A refund after seller payout may require transfer recovery and manual review. Recovery is not guaranteed. Payment-processing fees may be subject to the provider’s rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
