Seller Responsibilities
Before listing
Confirm you own the animal or item or are authorised to sell it. Provide accurate category, price, location and condition details, and all legally required public identifiers.
Dogs and puppies
Meet your jurisdiction’s advertising, breeder, microchip, welfare and transfer requirements. Disclose known health and behavioural issues. Puppies must not be handed over before the required age or any later lawful collection date.
Payments and collection
Complete payout onboarding before accepting marketplace payment. Do not request collection confirmation before the actual handover. Both parties must satisfy the transaction’s collection requirements before seller release.
Records and support
Keep relevant ownership, veterinary, registration and handover records. Respond to buyer questions and provide accurate evidence when a dispute or compliance review occurs.
