Honest listings
Describe the actual animal or item accurately, use photos you are entitled to publish and disclose known defects, health conditions and material behavioural issues. Sellers are responsible for listing truthfulness.
Lawful sales only
Sellers must comply with applicable laws, animal welfare standards, advertising requirements and transfer obligations. Do not list stolen items, prohibited goods, fraudulent offers or animals that cannot lawfully be sold.
Member conduct
No impersonation, harassment, bid manipulation, fabricated transactions or attempts to bypass payment and dispute safeguards. Do not publish another person’s private information.
Enforcement
Prohibited or fraudulent listings may be removed. Bush Hounds may suspend members and preserve records for investigations. Disputes may delay seller payout.
